How much time will I need for this Retreat?

Set aside for yourself 2.5 hours, turn off your phone, make sure you are somewhere where you can be undisturbed.  Make a mug of your favourite tea, light some candles and roll out your mat.  Cannot wait to join you there!

If you cannot fit in this much time, don't worry, the beauty of doing this online is that you can do it at your own pace and repeat the exercises several times if you wish!
